ABOUT ME

Hi there! My name is Wendy. I love food, wine, and making any craft project on the planet. 

I'm a Certified Professional in Talent Development with 15 years of experience in the learning and development industry. I began my career as a training facilitator, but discovered that my true passion is instructional design. While I have a ton of experience developing new hire and operational training modules, my expertise lies in developing and designing large-scale learning programs including leadership, coaching, career-pathing, and full on-boarding program development. I am your "start from the ground up" consultant, who can take a client through the learning process from start to finish, and beyond!

Developing complex programs requires design expertise, but true success relies on relationship building. Turns out, I'm an excellent relationship builder! Over the course of my career I've managed teams of instructional designers, worked with stakeholders at every level , and can balance working with a multitude of subject matter experts (a true skill on its own). I even have global experience working with partners in APAC and EMEA and have had my share of late nights and early morning meetings with my international team members.

I currently live north of Dallas, but grew up in California, went to school at Penn State, and lived in Colorado for a bit. An explorer at heart!
